EXPERIENCE AND THERAPEUTIC STYLE

I have been passionate about healing and wholeness as long as I can remember. My search to find and offer healing is connected to a deep belief in giving and receiving hospitality of therapeutic presence in all areas of life, and this led me to study at Mars Hill Graduate School (currently The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology) under Dr. Dan Allender and many other excellent educators and mentors. I experienced much transformation as a result of my time there, and since, and it is my desire to use skills and methodologies learned there, and since, to offer the presence and hospitality we need to live fully and be well in the midst of life’s challenges. I love getting to use my training in relational, narrative, attachment, object relations, trauma, spiritual care, and metabolic psychiatry therapies to accompany persons who are journeying towards greater well-being and healing in their lives.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

  • Metabolic psychiatry as a non-prescriber (supporting clients use therapeutic ketogenic diets to resolve symptoms of mental illness for treatment resistant clients who want to feel better)

  • Therapeutic support for adults wanting to increase all areas of physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health

  • Trauma/PTSD

  • Attachment disorders

  • Adjustment issues

  • Spiritual counseling and prayer

  • Social and relational support for adults and families who wish to find healing through nutritional and metabolic therapies

  • Connected to current, emerging research and resources to support metabolic therapies

  • Education and information for clients, their families, and clinicians seeking info about metabolic and nutritional therapies for mental health and brain health

INSURANCE
