James Fraundorf

James has been in private practice since 2021 and did his internship at a private clinic in Lynnwood, WA where he saw a variety of clients mostly struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and overwhelming life events.  James worked in the past as a youth pastor and volunteered over the years in various church related leadership roles.
James is trained primarily in interpersonal/relational psychoanalytic theory.  He believes healing happens in relationship, as we process current and past difficulties, and work to get at the roots of issues.  James primarily works with young adults and adults and has a heart to assist people in walking through issues such as emotional distress, confidence issues, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and spiritual issues. James believes we are made in the image of God and made for delight and honor.
