Tracey Grady


Education and Licensing

Tracey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and is registered through the Yoga Alliance as an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher)-200. She graduated from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She began her yoga training during graduate school to complement her education, as she strongly believes in incorporating the body as well as the mind into the healing process. She took her 200-hour training at Richmond Beach Yoga in Shoreline and is currently working towards her 500-hour training at Twist Yoga in Edmonds.

Areas of Special Focus, and Work Experience

Tracey has been practicing yoga for more than twenty years. She was introduced to yoga through a prenatal yoga class when she was pregnant with her twins and was impressed with its ability to heal her overtaxed body. She has experienced the many benefits of yoga in her own life and is passionate about sharing this healing approach with others. She is especially interested in the benefits of yoga for those who suffer from trauma and addiction. She has a regular yoga practice which helps keep her grounded and flexible both mentally and physically.


Private one-hour yoga session: $60.00

Four-class package: $200.00

Two-hour group workshop: $40.00

Personal Information

Tracey has lived most of her life in the Pacific Northwest and loves spending time hiking, camping, or just sitting by a river with good book. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and playing guitar. She has been married for more than twenty years, raised three active boys, and is deeply grateful for her friends and family.
